“Lust’s passion will be served; it demands, it militates, it tyrannizes.” -Marquis De Sade
It’s my absolute favorite of the deadly sins.
Or as Rachel puts it in her intro to her new anthology Women In Lust,
It’s one of those four-letter words that trips off the tongue. When I say it out loud, it makes my lips want to curve into a smile. Lust is more than simple arousal; it is the force that makes us not just turned on, but craving a certain person (or people).
I could not agree more.
The common thread in all of the steamy stories in this book is a woman who completely consumed with desire and not letting her mind or body rest until she’s utterly spent from exploring that desire with the object of her lust (even if it’s only in a fantasy).
This book is for any who’ve fantasized, craved, lusted..
